Vacation Leave on Retirement. (a) An employee scheduled to retire and to receive a superannuation allowance under the Public Sector Pension Plan Act, or the RRSP Plan pursuant to Article 32, or who has reached the mandatory retiring age, shall be granted vacation entitlement earned to date of retirement. Providing his service or combined service is ten years or more, they shall receive, in addition, a retirement bonus equal to forty hours at his basic pay.
