Vacation Leave for Full-Time Employees. After having served in the Agency service for six (6) full calendar months, full-time classified employees shall be credited with six (6) days of vacation leave and thereafter vacation leave shall be accumulated as follows: After six (6) months through Twelve (12) work days for fifth (5th) year each twelve (12) full calendar months of service (eight (8) hours per month) After fifth (5th) year Fifteen (15) work days for through tenth (10th) year each twelve (12) full calendar months of service (ten (10) hours per month) After tenth (10th) year Eighteen (18) work days for through fifteenth (15th) year each twelve (12) full calendar months of service (twelve (12) hours per month) After fifteenth (15th) year Twenty-one (21) work days through twentieth (20th) year for each twelve (12) full calendar months of service (fourteen (14) hours per month) After twentieth (20th) year Twenty-four (24) work days for through twenty-fifth (25th) year each twelve (12) full calendar months of service (sixteen (16) hours per month) After twenty-fifth (25th) year Twenty-seven (27) work days for each twelve (12) full calendar months of service (eighteen (18) hours per month) A full-time employee working less than a full calendar month shall accrue vacation leave on a pro rata basis, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month. If an employee has a break in service during the first year of employment and that break does not exceed two (2) years, the employee may be given credit for the time worked prior to the break in service. In order to facilitate the administration of leave records, vacation leave may be accrued on a monthly basis for employees who have completed six (6) full calendar months of service. Vacation accrual hours shall not accrue during a leave of absence without pay, the duration of which exceeds fifteen (15) calendar days.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Vacation Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • Vacation Leave Maximum Employees may accumulate maximum vacation leave balances not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. However, there are two (2) exceptions that allow vacation leave to accumulate above the maximum:

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
