Vacation Leave Accrual Rates. The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services (hereinafter referred to as the State) on behalf of the Oregon Youth Authority, and Oregon AFSCME Council 75 (hereinafter referred to as the Union) hereby agree to amend the 2007/2009 OYA collective bargaining agreement, Article 33 – Vacation Leave, Section 2, as follows: After the 20th year through 25th year 27 workdays for each 12 full calendar months of service (18 hours per month) After the 25th year 30 workdays for each 12 full calendar months of service (20 hours per month) The amended rates shall be effective on the same date as the 2011-2013 collective bargaining agreement. LETTER OF AGREEMENT - MEMOS OF CONCERN AND LETTERS OF EXPECTATIONThe parties agree that Memos of Concern, Letters of Expectation and Letters of warning are not discipline, and shall not be placed in the personnel file. Management will define in writing the guidelines which accompany each document and will present the information to the union. HR will provide instruction to managers and staff as to how these documents are used. The supervisor may remove the document at any time, not to exceed twenty-four (24) months. An employee may request removal of the document. This LOA shall remain in effect during the term of this agreement.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits 31.1.1 An employee shall earn in respect of each fiscal year, annual vacation leave with pay at the following rates for each calendar month in which the employee receives at least seventy-five (75) hours’ pay:

  • Maximum Vacation Accrual Employees may accrue vacation up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours. An employee who has reached the maximum accrual level may continue to accrue vacation until his or her next anniversary date, at which time any vacation accrued in addition to the two hundred forty (240) hour maximum accrual will be extinguished. With the written approval of the appropriate Vice President, an employee may accrue more than two hundred forty (240) hours of vacation when he or she is precluded from taking a previously scheduled vacation because of University needs. Any such written approval will specify a timeline for the employee to use any excess vacation accrual, after which any excess vacation accrual will be extinguished.

  • Sick Leave Accrual Full-time employees will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave in a calendar month. Part- time employees will accrue sick leave credit on the same proportional basis that their employment schedule bears to a full-time schedule, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a calendar month.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.

  • Vacation Leave Credits ‌ Full-time and part-time employees will be credited with vacation leave accrued monthly, according to the rate schedule and vacation leave accrual below.
