Common use of Vacation; Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to take up to 30 days of paid time off per calendar year, to be taken in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company generally.

Vacation; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to take up thirty (30) days’ vacation per year taken in increments of no more than ten (10) working days at a time or such greater number of working days at a time as may be approved by the Board in its sole discretion (vacation time shall not accumulate from year to 30 days of paid year unless approved in advance by the Board or required by applicable law). In addition, the Company offers employees time off per calendar year, to be taken in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the for standard Company generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company generallyPolicies.

Vacation; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to take up paid time off each full calendar year in accordance with the Company’s Paid Time Off Policy. As of the Effective Date, Executive shall be eligible to 30 accrue maximum hours for the equivalent of twenty (20) days of paid time off per calendar year, to each Fiscal Year. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and Executive. Holidays shall be provided in accordance with the policies applicable Company policy, as in effect from time to senior executives of the Company generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company generallytime.

In addition, the Company offers employees time off per calendar year, to be taken in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the for standard Company generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the Company policies applicable in effect from time to senior executives of the Company generallytime.
