Common use of Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the term of Executive's employment, Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of paid time off ("PTO") per year under the same terms and conditions as other employees of the Company. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to all paid Company holidays and other benefits as are generally provided to other executives of the Company in accordance with the Company policies in effect from time to time.
