Common use of Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the year of leave the employee shall not continue to accumulate paid vacations or holidays, as provided for in this Agreement. However, during the year preceding and the year following the leave, the employee will receive full vacation, holiday and sick leave benefits in accordance with this Agreement as if employment had been continuous and not interrupted by the year of leave.
