Common use of Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to six (6) weeks paid vacation each year, and shall be entitled to paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s standard policies for its senior executives, which policies shall provide Executive with benefits no less favorable than those provided to the other senior executives of the Company. Vacation may be taken at such times and intervals as Executive shall determine, subject to the business needs of the Company.
