Vacation Earned. Unit employees compensated on a monthly basis shall be provided with vacation earnings to be based on the following schedule: Years of Full-Time Service Annual # of Hours Eligible to Earn Monthly Accrual # of Hours Per Month Year 1 through 4 (start through 48 months) 1-4 80 hours 6.667 hours Beginning year 5 (49 months through 168 months) 4-14 120 hours 10.000 hours Beginning year 15 (169 months and thereafter) 14 160 hours 13.333 hours B. Limitations
Vacation Earned. No employee will be entitled to vacation leave nor payment for accumulated vacation under any circumstances until he has completed one (1) year of employment with the Board. Although an employee begins accrual of vacation leave at the date of hire, the leave is not considered earned until after the completion of one year of service with the Board. Therefore, if an employee should terminate or be terminated from his employment with the Board prior to completion of one year of service, that employee would not be eligible for payment in lieu of vacation leave that is unused.
Vacation Earned. An employee shall earn his/her annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only when he/she reaches his/her anniversary, although he/she may take his/her annual vacation anytime during that calendar year. However, an employee is not entitled to take a vacation until he/she has completed six (6) months continuous service.
Vacation Earned. Each bargaining unit member assigned to a 12 month position shall be eligible for a paid vacation leave upon the attainment of the anniversary of employment according to the following schedule:
Vacation Earned. All unit employees will be compensated monthly with vacation earnings to be based on the following schedule. There is no additional vacation hours credited on the anniversary hire date of the unit employee.
Vacation Earned. All regular twelve (12) month permanent employees shall earn paid vacation leavetime under this Article which they may schedule. Other Employees (ten (10) and eleven (11) month) earn vacation pay which is paid monthly.
Vacation Earned. Commencing in the second year of employment, an employee shall receive vacation days as part of their assigned number of duty days, which shall accrue at the beginning of the school year. The employee shall request, in writing, the specific day(s) to be used as vacation, which request shall be subject to approval by the employee's supervisor, based upon the needs of the School District. The following work day schedule will be applied to determine the number of vacation days assigned. 215 days to 235 days – 5 vacation days 194 days to 214 days – 4 vacation days 173 days to 193 days – 3 vacation days 152 days to 172 days – 2 vacation days 131 days to 151 days – 1 vacation day

Vacation Earned. During First Year of Service: First year hires shall earn four (4) hours of vacation pay at the regular hourly rate of pay for every month worked during their first calendar year of employment up to a maximum of five (5) days for use during the following calendar year.
