Vacation Credit Accumulation. Vacation credit shall not be accumulated beyond four hundred (400) hours.

Seasonal employees will be required to file a form with the Human Resources Branch of the Department of Natural Resources by July 1 of a given year, indicating the specific districts or branches where they choose to exercise their right of layoff and recall, for either short term (4 weeks or less) or long term (greater than 4 weeks) opportunities. The content of these forms will be effective from July 1 to June 30 of the following year, unless an employee submits a written request for revision to the Human Resources Branch of the Department of Natural Resources.
