Common use of Vacation Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vacation Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation annually (accruing ratably on an annual basis) and to participate in employee benefits made available, from time to time, to senior executive officers of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) 4 weeks paid vacation annually (accruing ratably on an annual basis) and per year, prorated for partial years. In addition, the Company shall provide to participate in the Executive employee benefits made available, from time and perquisites on the same basis as those provided to time, to other senior executive officers of the CompanyCompany and no less favorable in the aggregate than those provided to the Executive by the Holding Company prior to the Effective Date.
