VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. Annual Vacation Pay, at six percent (6%) of gross wages and Statutory Holiday Pay, also at six percent (6%) of gross wages, shall be combined and shall be accrued at the rate of twelve percent (12%) of gross wages. Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay will be paid to each Employee on each pay cheque or upon termination Heat & Frost Insulators, Local 118 Standard 1, 2019 to 30, 2023 of employment. An Employee may take up to three (3) weeks' annual vacation in any calendar year. The vacation period will be arranged by mutual agreement between the member and the Employer.

VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. 22.1 The Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay rate shall be ten (10) percent of vacationable gross earnings*. Payment shall be made weekly on the employee’s regular pay cheque. A three (3) week leave of absence for the purpose of taking an annual vacation will be granted in the calendar year in which the employee completes one year of continuous service with the Employer. In special circumstances, where the work schedule permits, additional time off may be granted to an employee. The additional time off will not be unreasonably denied.
VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. Each employee shall be paid an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of his gross wages (i.e., straight time and overtime wages) of which four percent (4%) shall be in lieu of pay for the Statutory and General Holidays set out in Article 17. Vacation pay and pay in lieu of Statutory Holidays shall be paid to each employee on his regular pay day. Such payments shall be considered as advance payments and in the case of vacation pay, full payment of all vacation with pay owing to the employee pursuant to the Employment Standards Code for the Province of Manitoba.
VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. All Employees covered by this Agreement shall be required to take two (2) weeks vacation each year which, by mutual consent, may be taken one (1) week at a time. In cases of hardship to the Employee, the compulsory vacation may be waived by the Union. Vacation with pay shall be at the rate of four (4) percent of an Employee’s wages. An additional six (6) percent shall be paid in lieu of statutory holiday pay for a total of ten (10) percent of an Employee’s wages. This shall be a percentage of the basic wage rates. With the approval of the Labour Standards Board of the Ministry of Labour for the Province of Ontario, a xxxx- tion pay trust fund has been established. Allowances payable under this Section shall be calculat- ed and shown on the Employee’s weekly earnings state- ment. The full amount of this allowance, the applicable Income Tax and Canada Pension contributions having been deducted from current earnings, shall be remitted monthly and is due in the Administrator’s hands not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following. The Administrator shall be designated by a Board of Trustees appointed under a Trust Agreement, being the same Board of Trustees as for Local 303 Health & Welfare Fund. Payments received by the Administrator after the due date shall be subject to an assessment of five (5) percent of the amount due, except that remit- tances bearing a postal cancellation stamp dated on or before the 8th day of the month shall not be subject to penalty. Postage meter date stamps will not be accepted. Clause 900 D.6 On all underground mining and tunneling work a $1.20 per hour premium shall be paid in addition to any applicable rate of pay. UNDERGROUND is defined as: New under ground construction, below a collar or head frame, having no open cut or cross street tie tunnels. A further $2.25 ($2.50 May 1, 1999, $2.75 May 1, 2000) per paid hour shall be deducted and remitted to the Pension Plan for the duration of this Agreement.
