Common use of Vacation and Sick Time Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Time. Executive shall be entitled to four weeks' paid vacation per year and up to ten paid sick/personal days per year; provided that Executive shall be paid for any vacation not taken during any given year in a lump sum cash payment by April 30th of the subsequent year.
