Vacation and Sick Days. During the Employee’s employment, Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) days paid combined vacation and sick leave annually (adjusted pro rata for any partial period) in accordance with vacation and sick leave policies applicable to employees of the Company and as determined by the Company’s Board.

Vacation and Sick Days. During The Employee shall receive four weeks paid vacation during each calendar year of employment. In addition, the Employee’s employment, Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) take up to 10 days paid combined vacation and of sick leave annually (adjusted pro rata for per year; provided, however, that any partial period) prolonged illness resulting in accordance with vacation and absenteeism greater than the sick leave policies applicable permitted herein or disability shall not constitute “Cause” for termination under the terms of this Agreement. In addition, the Employee will be entitled to employees of the Company and as determined by the Company’s Boarddesignate up to 10 additional personal days per calendar year.
