Common use of Vacation and Sick Days Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Days. 3.4.1 Executive shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation per year (which need not be taken consecutively and, during the first twelve-month period after the closing of the Merger, shall not be taken consecutively). Such vacation shall be scheduled to minimize interference with the business. Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by Company to its employees.
