Vacation and Holiday. Employee shall be entitled to vacations and holidays in accordance with Employer’s policies in effect from time to time and published in the Employer’s Employee Handbook.
Vacation and Holiday. 19.01 Residents receive four (4) weeks annual vacation with pay. A Resident who does not complete his/her full year for which a vacation is normally applicable, shall receive pay for the vacation period pro-rated for the proportion of the year he/she has completed (provided he/she has completed a minimum of eight (8) weeks of such year). Any Resident who has already taken his/her vacation for such year shall reimburse (or have deducted from his outstanding remuneration) vacation pay pro-rata based on the proportion of the year he/she has completed. A minimum of two (2) consecutive weeks' vacation shall be granted to each Resident so desiring. Residents shall not be denied vacation due to service requirements alone as long as pedagogical requirements are met.

Vacation and Holiday. Vacation Days. The Superintendent shall be granted twenty-five (25) duty days of vacation during each school year (pro-rated for the number of weeks actually worked), without loss of salary, to be taken at such times as are commensurate with the responsibilities of the position for which he is employed and as approved by the Board. Vacation days are to be used in the year earned; however, up to five unused vacation days taken may be carried over to be used in the next school year. Records as to vacation days taken shall be maintained in the Department of Personnel of the District. Holidays shall be the same as provided to other central office administrators.
Vacation and Holiday. At the time of LTD approval, an employee is eligible to be paid for unused vacation hours that have accrued as of the month in which LTD occurs, as well as unused carryover vacation hours. The unused vacation hours (and any banked holidays) will be paid out to the employee once LTD status is effective. Vacation and holidays (including personal holidays) do not accrue while out on LTD leave.
