Vacation Amount. Vacation accruals for newly hired or rehired employees will commence upon the successful completion of the employee's probationary period and will be credited retroactively to the employee's date of hire or rehire. Vacation time will accrue in each calendar year in accordance with the following schedule. The annual rate will change in the month when the employee reaches a service milestone if the employee's anniversary date is before the 16th of the month and will change effective the following month if the employee's anniversary date is the 16th of the month or after.
