Vacation Accrual. A. During the first three (3) years of employment, a full-time employee in a regular or limited-term position shall earn .0385 hours of vacation for each hour of pay during his or her regularly scheduled workweek (approximately eighty [80] hours per year). Part-time employees will earn vacation on a pro- rated basis. Such credit shall be applied to the employee's vacation accrual account only upon completion of each pay period.
