Common use of Vacation Accrual Clause in Contracts

Vacation Accrual. A. An employee shall be allowed to accumulate a maximum of three hundred twenty-five (325) hours of vacation leave; however, in the event of separation or layoff, any unused vacation up to two hundred fifty (250) hours will be paid to the employee.
