Utilization Reporting. Lessee shall report monthly Aircraft utilization to Lessor on or before the tenth (10th) calendar day of each calendar month during the Lease Term for each Aircraft. Unwind of Existing Structures: Prior to any Aircraft being made subject to the Transaction Documents, Lessee will deliver the Aircraft to Lessor in a condition acceptable to Lessor (in Lessor’s sole and unfettered discretion) on the Closing Date free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and claims of any kind at Lessee’s sole expense.

Utilization Reporting. The MCO shall submit reports to the DEPARTMENT or its agent in the areas listed below. The purpose of the reports is to assist the DEPARTMENT in its efforts to assess and evaluate the performance of the HUSKY B program and the MCO.

  • Information Reporting (a) The Fund agrees that, during the Current Special Rate Period and so long as BANA or any Affiliate thereof is the beneficial owner of any Outstanding VRDP Shares, it will deliver, or direct the Tender and Paying Agent to deliver, to BANA and any such Affiliate:

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).

  • Compliance Reporting a. Provide reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers and the States in which the Fund is registered.

  • IRS Real Estate Sales Reporting Buyer and Seller agree that Escrow Agent shall act as “the person responsible for closing” the transaction which is the subject of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6045(e) of the Code and shall prepare and file all informational returns, including without limitation, IRS Form 1099-S, and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of Section 6045(e) of the Code.

  • Commission Reporting (a) The Trust Administrator, each Servicer and the Master Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the Depositor in connection with the Trust’s satisfying the reporting requirements under the Exchange Act.   • Reporting Compliance The Company is subject to, and is in compliance in all material respects with, the reporting requirements of Section 13 and Section 15(d), as applicable, of the Exchange Act.
