Utilization of Small Business. The Contractor acknowledges it is the policy of the State of Iowa that a fair portion of its purchases and contractors for supplies and services be placed with small businesses. Where feasible or applicable under the Contract, the Contractor agrees to make a reasonable effort to subcontract with small businesses.
