Utilization of Small Business. Pursuant to Public Law 95-­‐507, the provisions at 48 Code of Federal Regulations 52.219-­‐8 ("Utilization of Small Business Concerns") and 52.219-­‐9 ("Small Business Subcontracting Plan") are incorporated into any agreement in excess of $650,000, where applicable. This clause is aimed at maximizing opportunities for veteran-­‐ owned small business concerns, service-­‐disabled veteran-­‐owned small business concerns, HUBZone small business concerns, small disadvantaged business concerns, and women-­‐owned small business concerns where appropriate and is intended for suppliers who offer further subcontracting opportunities.
