Utility Payments. Tenant shall promptly pay when due all charges for water, gas, electricity, and all other utilities furnished to or used upon the Premises, including all charges for installation, termination, and relocations of such service.

Utility Payments. ESG funds may pay for up to 24 months of utility payments per program participant, per service, including up to 6 months of utility payments in arrears, per service. This assistance may only be provided if the program participant or a member of the same household has an account in his or her name with a utility company or proof of responsibility to make utility payments. Eligible utility services are gas, electric, water, and sewage. No program participant shall receive more than 24 months of utility assistance within any 3-year period.

Utility Payments. Before moving into the Premises, Tenant shall arrange, be responsible, and pay for all utilities, including heat, hot water, electricity, and gas, subject only to the following modification(s): If the Premises are at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place or Grey Birch Drive, Landlord shall pay for up to Thirty-Two Dollars ($32.00), per quarterly billing cycle, of cold water charges for the dwelling unit. Such cold water charges that exceed Thirty-Two Dollars ($32.00) shall be considered additional Rent and shall be paid by Tenant immediately upon demand from Landlord. Landlord may deduct such charges from the Security Deposit upon termination of this Lease. If the Premises is at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, Woodlawn Road, or River Road, Landlord shall pay for the dwelling unit’s cold water.

Utility Payments. Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all water, electricity and gas used and consumed in the Premises, provided Landlord has separately metered the same as required above. Tenant shall pay for electricity and natural gas directly to the utility company on or before the date when due. The obligation to pay for electricity and natural gas used and consumed in the Premises during the last month of the Term hereof shall survive expiration of the Term.

Utility Payments. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide and shall pay before delinquency all charges for utilities and services necessary for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s occupancy and use of the Premises, including but not limited to the following: gas, water, electricity, sewage charges, and trash.

Utility Payments. Tenant shall pay all charges for gas, electricity, power, water, sewer service, oil and other utilities used in the Ski Facility and the Leased Premises during the Term of this Lease, all such utilities to be separately metered and to be obtained by Tenant from the applicable utility company. Tenant also shall be solely responsible for the payment of any connection, tap, hookup or other fee(s) imposed by Governmental Authorities or by any utility company to extend, connect or continue utility service to the Leased Premises.

Tenant shall pay for electricity as follows: (a) Tenant shall pay for Tenant’s Proportionate Share of electricity used in the Common Areas, based upon the amount charged from time to time for electricity; and (b) Landlord shall install separate check meters measuring the electricity used and consumed in the Premises, and Tenant shall pay for electricity used and consumed in the Premises as billed directly by the utility company on or before the date when due. The obligation to pay for electricity used and consumed in the Premises during the last month of the Term hereof shall survive expiration of the Term.
