Explanation-The wage schedule effective the first Sunday after ratification is the same as the current wage schedules with the exception of one (1) additional pay level. The 13 to 18 month pay level has been split into two (2) levels 13 to 15 months and 16 to 18 months. There is also a new Part Time pay level cap currently at pay level 10, in the new schedule the Part Time cap is at pay level 7. Also, employees working 32 hours or more per week still moving through the pay levels will cap at pay level 13 and that rate will become the new top pay level. Current employees capped at pay level 10 at $8.40 and current employees at pay level 15 at $10.90 on the payroll January 1 1986 will receive a bonus on all hours paid between January 1, 1985 and December 31, 1985 (see below). W AGES Individuals currently in the $10.30 wage bracket will remain in same until 10/5/86 at which time they shall receive thirty cents (30$) per hour increase to $10.60 per hour and on 10/4/87 they shall receive another thirty cents (300) per hour increase to $10.90. Individuals currently in the $10.90 wage bracket shall be eligi­ ble for the bonus payment and on 10/5/86 shall receive a thirty- five cents (350) per hour increase to $11.25 per hour and on 10/4/87 they shall receive another fifteen cents (150) per hour increase to $11.40 per hour. JANUARY, 1986 BONUS PAYMENT Department heads and clerks currently in the $10.90 per hour wage bracket who are in service on January 1, 1986, shall be paid twenty-five cents (250) per hour on all regular hours worked during calendar year 1985 using the vacation computation for­ mula set out in Section 11.2 of the contract with a maximum payment of 2,080 hours. Clerks currently in the $8.40 per hour wage bracket who are in service on January 1, 1986 shall receive a twenty cents (200) per hour bonus on the same computation basis as above.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Electrician The employer may take an inventory of an employee’s tools when the latter is hired, failing which, the list of tools in the appendix hereto shall prevail. In the event of loss or damage resulting from a fire or break-in, the employer shall replace the tools in question or compensate the employee for up to $600.00.

  • Utility Any service provided by an outside source or manufactured in-house that facilitates building operations (e.g., gas, water, electricity, fire suppression water, fire alarm systems).

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable.   • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges. Customer understands and agrees that included in the Administration Charge is the cost of the Energy Balancing Amount (defined below). Customer understands that in order for RITERATE ENERGY to be able to supply Energy to its existing and prospective customers, RITERATE ENERGY enters into supply arrangements to meet the forecasted consumption of its various groups of customers. These forecasts are based on historical data, load shapes and/or estimates. To the extent that actual pooled consumption of RITERATE ENERGY’s Energy customers varies from supply arrangements and/or Customer’s Utility delivery requirements, RITERATE ENERGY incurs a cost in balancing and settling its supply arrangements with such pooled consumption. To ensure a fixed all-inclusive Rate, RITERATE ENERGY has included in the Administration charge, the Energy Balancing Amount, to balance and settle the variance between pooled consumption and supply arrangements (the “Energy Balancing Amount”). In respect of Electricity, Customer understands that there are certain estimated pass through costs, made up of charges to RITERATE ENERGY by the PJM Interconnection (“PJM”) and/or Customer’s Utility, including but not limited to ancillary service charges, the cost of unaccounted for electricity, capacity charges and any replacement or recharacterization of these charges. In this regard, the “PJM Adjustment”, is included in the Fixed Price Rate. Customer acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this Agreement, Customer will not be eligible to receive any net metering credits and other incentives to which Customer would otherwise be entitled. Further, included in the Rate are the amounts charged or billed to RITERATE ENERGY or Customer by Customer’s Utility, the PUC or any other regulatory or government entity, including any taxes, delivery, regulated transmission, regulated distribution, pipeline, compressor fuel, uplift, congestion, locational marginal pricing, invoice market participant, service, billing, or similar or related changes and any, deposits, interest or late payment fees or other amounts in connection with the supply and delivery of Energy to the Premises (collectively, “Regulatory Charges”). Customer agrees to pay the monthly Administration charge for Energy supply (the “Administration” charge).
