Common use of Utility Charges Clause in Contracts

Utility Charges. The Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water, telephone, sanitary sewer service and all other rents and utilities used in or on the Property during the Term. The Lessee shall be entitled to receive any credit or refund with respect to any utility charge paid by the Lessee and the amount of any credit or refund received by the Lessor on account of any utility charges paid by the Lessee, net of the costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the Lessor in obtaining such credit or refund, shall be promptly paid over to the Lessee.

Utility Charges.
