Utility Bill Energy Audit for Option C verified ECMs – HONEYWELL will provide Option C energy guarantee auditing services as detailed in Attachment F, Attachment G, and Exhibits to Attachment G for specific Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) identified in Attachment G and/or Exhibits to Attachment G as using Option C methodologies for Measurement and Verification to quantify the derived Energy Cost Avoidance of the CUSTOMER’s facility. Under Option C services, HONEYWELL will analyze CUSTOMER’S energy use and costs against an “established baseline” described in Attachment G and Exhibits to Attachment G. HONEYWELL will use energy auditing software to track monthly facility costs, energy consumption, and Energy Cost Avoidance and to quantify and report on changes in energy usage due to changes in billing periods and weather. HONEYWELL will adjust the baseline for changes in energy usage due to changes in variables including, but not limited to billing periods, weather, production, occupancy, building load, conditioned building area, equipment operation, and scheduling methodologies etc. as defined in Attachment F and G. These routine and non-routine baseline adjustments will be calculated using industry-standard engineering calculations. As applicable per Attachment F and G, HONEYWELL will adjust the energy cost baseline for changes in the unit cost of energy. Work Coverage: Fuel Savings Only for All Applicable ECMs Term Coverage: Year 1 to End of Term Option C Audit Report section will be submitted: 1-Time Only Semi-Annually Quarterly Annually Flex Automation Services

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Maintenance Department All employees in this section are subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement except as specifically covered in this section.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.

  • Routine Maintenance Services PM1.03.2-1 Respond immediately to restrict all access to Highway Crossing Infrastructure, as directed by the Province.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:
