Utilities and Taxes. Lessee shall arrange and pay for all utilities furnished to the demised premises for the term of this lease agreement, including, but not limited to, electricity, gas, water, sewer, telephone service and any and all taxes.
Utilities and Taxes. Lessee is solely responsible for all utilities relating to the Facilities and any associated deposits and all such utilities shall be in Lessee’s name. Any interruption, curtailment or suspension in utilities necessary for the operation and/or use of the Facilities shall not impose any liability on Landlord or entitle Tenant to any abatement or reduction in Rent (and any such interruption shall not constitute a Service Interruption for purposes of the Lease). In addition to utility charges, Tenant shall pay before delinquency any and all taxes and fees levied or assessed upon the Facilities and/or the installation, operation and/or use thereof.
