Utilities and Amenities a. The Office of Housing and Residence Life reserves the right to assess additional charges based on excessive utility consumption or as the result of increases in rates charged by the utility service providers.
Utilities and Amenities. UNCW will provide data connection, water, sewage, and electricity used in the residential space during the term of this Agreement, and any extension thereof. Students shall use utilities in a conservative, economic, and efficient manner. Failure of utility services will not render the university liable for inconvenience to students or damage to property, nor abatement of charges owed, and neither shall it relieve student of any other obligations owed to UNCW under this agreement.
Utilities and Amenities. Water/Sewer will be billed to you by a third party vendor and will be charged directly to your rental account. The "RUBS" system of billing is based on the number of occupants within each apartment home. For more information on this billing system, you may consult Landlord. Usage for the common areas will not be billed to our residents and will continue to be paid by the community. Usage for common areas is estimated at 2-3% of overall water/sewage usage for the community, but Landlord will absorb no less than 10% of the water/sewage expense. Landlord reserves the right to increase or decrease its percentage of the water/sewage expense for any reason, but shall not decrease its percentage below 10%. The third party vendor may assess a small administrative charge for servicing your account, which may increase or decrease from time to time, based upon the policies of the third-party vendor and its agreements with Landlord. In the event you fail to pay the water/sewer charges timely, the landlord may impose a late fee or other charges to your account. You may contact management for a determination of these fees. Utilities and Amenities. All utilities reasonably requested by Company to provide Food Services at the Premises including, without limitation, heat, hot and cold water, gas, refrigeration, lights, electric current, ventilation, air conditioning, recycling, cooking waste removal, hazardous waste removal, garbage removal services, exterminator services, telephone services, internet access, and sewage disposal services.
Utilities and Amenities. We will provide cold water to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas of your Apartment. We will also provide one digital telephone line, standard cable service, and internet service to your Apartment through Time Warner Cable. You are responsible for arranging and paying for all other utilities, as detailed in Part B, Section 5. Stopping or reducing of utility service(s) will not be reason for you to stop paying the rent, to make a money claim or to claim eviction. Periodically, other amenities may be made available to you by us (such as valet parking, brushing snow from cars, dog walking and dry cleaning pick-up/delivery).
