UTILITES. Water, sewer and electrical are provided with this agreement. However, I agree to turn off any unnecessary electrical when RV is not being used. (e.g. Air Conditioner)
UTILITES i. Standby DG Set of adequate capacity shall be provided to meet the emergency load requirements or for backup during power outages along with the secondary backup for the minimum operation.
UTILITES. The rate charged under this contract includes the following utilities: electric, sewer, basic cable TV, and data access to the university network. Residents shall use utilities in a conservative, economic, and efficient manner. Failure of utility services will not render the university liable for inconvenience to residents, or damage to property, nor abatement of contract rent charges owed, nor relieves residents of obligations under this contract. Utility services may be reduced or cut off during prolonged vacation periods in the interest of energy conservation or maintenance and safety.
UTILITES. The City shall be responsible for all utilities including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, natural gas, solid waste collection services, telephone, and internet, provided to the Property.
UTILITES. LESSOR shall provide the following utilities:, Electric, Internet, Trash removal, Portable Water and Sanitary Sewage wastewater handling. **Internet is provided but not guaranteed in case of outage, etc.** LESSEE is responsible for any excess overage of any utility bills due to negligence of willful misconduct. Total Utility Cap per Lessee: $35.00 per lessee Utility Conservation Caps: In order to promote responsible use of and conservation of utilities, lessor has placed caps on lessor’s obligation to pay for certain utilities as listed above per lessee within each unit. If lessee’s pro rata share of actual charges for utilities in the unit exceeds the monthly utility cap for the lessee as referenced above, lessee shall be responsible for paying such excess amount.
UTILITES. Tenant(s) shall be responsible for all charges for electricity, gas, water, sewage usage and sanitation, which shall be paid to the supplying entity. Tenant(s) shall be responsible for trash, refuse and garbage collection, which shall be paid to the supplying entity. Collection shall not be less than twice weekly.
UTILITES. Lessor shall pay separately for electricity consumption and report total usages to the front desk at the time of check out as your unit has a readable meter. UniSource Energy Services is our service provider and currently charge the following rates. • 0-400 kWh 0.086 • 401-7,500 kWh 0.096 • Over 7,500 kWh 0.14
UTILITES. 5.1 During the term of THIS AGREEMENT, BRIGHT AGROTECH shall pay for all normal utility services, including heat, water, natural gas, electricity, sewer usage, trash pick-up and the like, with all such services to be billed directly to BRIGHT AGROTECH.
UTILITES. The Library District shall pay, throughout the term of this lease, all charges for any utility services furnished to the leased premises, including, but not limited to, light, heat, electricity, gas, water, sewage, and garbage disposal.
UTILITES. 15.1.1. Electricity Allottee/s will have to apply to concerned electricity office individually for obtaining supply of power and meter for their respective Apartments. The Promoter shall facilitate in making such applications by the Allottee/s. The Allottee/s shall be required to pay the applicable security deposit and/or other charges for the same to the said concerned electricity department.
