The Service Contract purchase price is payable, in full, at the time of purchase. Coverage afforded under this Service Contract is not guaranteed by the Utah Property and Casualty Guaranty Association. Due to the nature of PDR Repair, the use of non-manufacturers’ parts is not necessary, thus prohibited under this Service Contract. For emergency repairs completed outside of normal business hours, contact/inform the Administrator by calling 000-000-0000 within five (5) business days of emergency repair. In addition, follow the instructions listed in the Claim Procedure section.
