Using the Card at ATMs. Subject to such restrictions as may be imposed by the Bank, you may use the Card at any ATM bearing the same trademark as your Card, and such other terminals as the Bank may designate, to perform any transactions permitted by the terms of your Account that the ATM will perform.

  • USING THE CARD You can use your card to buy goods and services (for example at shops, restaurants and online), and to withdraw cash at cash machines.

  • Honoring the Card Neither we nor merchants authorized to honor the card will be responsible for the failure or refusal to honor the card or any other device we supply to you. If a merchant agrees to give you a refund or adjustment, you agree to accept a credit to your account in lieu of a cash refund.

  • Merchant has the power and authority to authorize the automatic funds transfer provided for in the Merchant Agreement;

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Purchasing Card (P card) Program Contractor must accept the Universal card format Purchasing Cards (e.g., American Express, MasterCard, and Visa). However, the Purchasing Card is not the exclusive method of payment (e.g., Purchase Order). The method of ordering and payment (e.g., Purchase Order, Purchasing Card) shall be selected by the Customer.
