Using Online Banking. You may use Online Banking to perform the following functions: • View Account balances and transaction history; • Request internal transfers of funds between your Accounts at the Bank; • View Account statements; • Link your Account with your accounts at external banks and request transfers of funds between your Account and your linked accounts at external banks through ACH Transfers; • Open and fund additional Accounts with us; and • Utilize additional features that we may add. You agree that we may from time-to-time add more features and functionality or remove features or functionality without notice. As a condition of using Online Banking, you represent and warrant to us that you will not use Online Banking for any purpose that is unlawful or is not permitted, expressly or implicitly, by the terms of this Agreement or by any applicable law or regulation. Further, you will use Online Banking only for the benefit of your Account and not on behalf of any other party.

Using Online Banking. You are responsible for selecting all systems, hardware and your Internet Service provider and for any defect, malfunction or interruption in service or security due to hardware failure, your choice of Internet Service provider and systems and computer services. We have no responsibility or liability for same. Your access to Online Banking is limited outside of the United States. Countries identified as originators of excessive fraud are blocked as a measure to protect our customers. THE BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INTERNET SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO ANY RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED BY USE OF INTERNET SERVICE. In order to use the Online Banking service, you must have at least one account with the Bank. To access your account(s) via the Internet, you must have Internet access via an Internet Service Provider and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. The Online Banking product is best viewed using Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.7 or higher. Your Internet Service Provider can help you obtain the correct version. We require the use of 128-bit secure browser with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to login to your accounts and perform transactions. Most modern browsers use SSL technology, however if you are using an older version of software, it would be wise to upgrade. You then know you have the best security protection available. The following are ways to know if your browser is secure:  A small window may pop up to tell you that this is a secure link and do you want to continue;  Instead of the usual http:// you will notice that it has changed to https://. The "s" denotes secure mode;  Most secure browsers also have a small graphic, such as a padlock or key, that will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, indicating a secure connection. You agree that the Bank is entitled to act upon instructions received through the Online Banking service under your Password. However, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, disclose your Password by telephone or any other means to any person. You acknowledge that no person from the Bank will ever ask for your Password and that Bank employees do not need and should not ask for your Password. You are liable for all transactions made by the authorized use of your Password and agree that, if you give your Password...
Using Online Banking. You may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your linked accounts on either a one-time or recurring basis, including a payment to a linked credit card account or loan; • View Current balance and Available balance information for your linked accounts; • Review posted and in-process transactions for your linked accounts. (Your transaction history is stored for a limited amount of time); • Perform self-service maintenance such as re-ordering checks, viewing copies of paid checks, viewing your account statements and notices, requesting a stop payment of check(s), assigning a username alias, and changing your password; and • Send us secure online mail messages or questions regarding your account or other services. Some of the above services may not be available for certain accounts, customers, or if you access Online Banking from a device other than a personal computer. Online Banking Alerts. You can set up account alerts in Online Banking. You can select which account alerts you want to receive and each account can receive different types of alerts. You must have a valid email address to receive account alerts outside of Online Banking. We’ll send alerts to the email address you provided for the Service. If you change your email address, you must inform us of that change. We may add new alerts from time to time or cancel existing alerts. We will usually notify you when we cancel alerts but are not obligated to do so. Alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors beyond our control (such as system failures or misdirected delivery). We don’t guarantee the delivery or accuracy of alerts. The content of an alert may be stale by the time it is sent or received, due to other activity on your account or delays in sending data among various systems. You agree that we are not liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any alert, for any errors in the content of an alert, or for any actions taken or not taken by you or a third party as a result of an alert. Alerts may contain your name and information about your account and anyone with access to your email will be able to view the contents of these messages.
Using Online Banking. To use the System, you must have at least one account at the Bank, acquire the computer hardware and software required to access the System, World Wide Web access via a secure Internet Service Provider (ISP), an Internet browser that supports a minimum 128 bit encryption standard, firewall, anti‐virus software, anti‐spyware software and a valid e‐ mail address. First time access to the Services requires activation by our Customer Service Department. Once we have received your Online Banking Enrollment, and verified your account information, we will provide you with your assigned User ID and Password. We undertake no obligation to monitor transactions through the System to determine that they are made on behalf of the accountholder.
Using Online Banking. In order to use the Online Banking service, you must have at least one account with the Bank. To access your account(s) via the Internet, you must have World Wide Web access via a Secure Internet Service Provider and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. You will receive an Access ID and Temporary Password (also referred to as “Personal Identification Number” or “PIN”) from us within 2 to 3 business days after your Online Banking Application has been processed. You agree that we are entitled to act upon instructions received through the Online Banking service under your Password and without inquiring into the identity of the person using that Password. However, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, disclose your Password by telephone or any other means to any person. You acknowledge that no person from the Bank will ever ask for your Password and Bank employees do not need and should not ask for your Password. You are liable for all transactions made by the authorized use of your Password and agree that, if you give your Password to anyone, you do so at your own risk since anyone with your Password will have access to your accounts. At any time, you may ask us to disable your Password. You can change your password at any time. For joint accounts, each person will have a separate Access ID and Password. Each person on a joint account will be liable for all transactions that are made on that account. Each person on a joint account authorizes all transactions made by any other person on the account. Each person on a joint account agrees to be liable for the actions of the other person(s) on the account.
Using Online Banking. To use t he System, you must have at least one checking account at the Bank, acquire the computer hardware and software required to access the System, World Wide Web access via a secure Internet Service Provider (ISP), an Internet browser that supports a minimum 128 bit encryption standard, firewall, anti-virus software, anti-spyware software and a valid e-mail address. Once we have receive d your signed or electronic Internet Banking Form , and verified y our account information, w e will send you, either by e-mail or b y postal mail, confirmation of our acceptance of your enrollment. The System can be used to access only the Bank accounts which you have designated for access by the System in your Internet Banking Enrollment Form. You can add, change or delete any of your Bank accounts or User access from this Agreement by completing a new Internet Banking Enrollment Form. Access to your accounts through the System will be based upon the identification of users and authority levels specified by you in your Internet Banking Enrollment Form. We undertake no obligation to monitor transactions through the System to determine that they are made on behalf of the accountholder.

  • Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • DIRECT MARKETING Prior to the introduction of any new product or service which Competitive Supplier may wish to make available to Participating Consumers or other Eligible Consumers located within the Town, Competitive Supplier agrees to (i) give the Town written notice of such new product or service and (ii) subject to the entry into reasonable confidentiality terms to the extent permitted by law and mutually acceptable to the Parties, discuss with the Town the possible inclusion of such new product or service in this aggregation program. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the terms, conditions, and prices for such products and services which the Parties agree should be included in a Town aggregation program. Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage in any direct marketing to any Participating Consumer that relies upon Competitive Supplier’s unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Consumers gained as a result of this ESA. For the purposes of this provision, “direct marketing” shall include any telephone call, mailing, electronic mail, or other contact between the Competitive Supplier and the Consumer. Broad-based programs of the Competitive Supplier that do not rely on unique knowledge or access gained through this ESA will not constitute such “direct marketing.”
