USES PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the buildings in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction upon the Premises, or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, walls, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a part, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the building. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building proper. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state state, federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's ’s use of materials which are necessary to the operation of Lessee’s business, or which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws. For the purposes of this paragraph “building structure” includes fenced-in storage areas attached to the building. Lessee agrees to comply with the regulations of all local, state, federal and other applicable governing authorities with respect to storage of articles of any nature in the “building structure” and Premises.

USES PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around of the buildings project in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction except auctions conducted over the internet upon the Premises, or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, walls, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a partPremises, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the building. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building proper. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws. Upon prior consent and approval by Lessor, which may not be unreasonably withheld, Lessee may utilize Hazardous Materials directly required for Lessee's research and development or light manufacturing and assembly activities subject to the provisions of Section 33.

Lessee shall not store any materials, including, without limitation, waste materials or refuse, outside the building proper, except in fully screened or fenced areas designed for such purpose, which have been approved in writing by Lessor for such use, subject to any required city approvals. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building proper. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and or related real property or violate violated any Hazardous Materials Laws.

Lessor consents to Lessee's ’s use of materials which are incidental to part of the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., Lessee’s business at the Premises provided Lessee has all required governmental approvals but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

USES PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the buildings in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction upon the Premises, or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, walls, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a part, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the building. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building proper. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, structure unless approved by all required governmental agencies. Parking spaces used for such purposes will be deducted from Lessee’s allocation of parking. Lessee may use Hazardous Materials approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authorityauthority but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its Lease obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws. Lessor consents to Lessee's ’s use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

USES PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant Lessee in or around the buildings in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction upon the Premisesin Building 4, or allow the Premises Building 4 to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, wallswails, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a partPremises, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the building. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of Building 4, except as provided in the building properfollowing sentence. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless except to the extent approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office useruser , such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc.. and to the use of the other Hazardous Materials required for the conduct of Lessee's business, but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials LawsLaws applicable to such use.

Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to part of the normal, day-day- to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., Lessee's business at the Premises provided Lessee has all required governmental approvals but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may unreasonably disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the buildings in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction upon the Premises, or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable anyunlawful purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, walls, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a partpart in a manner to adversely affect the structure, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the building. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building proper. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are necessary to the operation of Lessee's business, or which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the buildings in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction upon the Premises, or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, walls, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a partPremises, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the buildingPremises. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building properPremises. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structurestructures, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authorityauthority if and as required by applicable law. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or to violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's ’s use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office userLessee’s permitted use as set forth in Section 1.3 above, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials Laws.

No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc., but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and or related real property or violate violated any Hazardous Materials Lawshazardous materials laws.

USES PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the buildings in which the subject Premises are located or allow any sale by auction upon the Premises, or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, or place any loads upon the floor, walls, or ceiling which may endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the building of which it is a partBuilding, or place any harmful liquids in the drainage system of the building. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of the building proper. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of the Premises outside of Premises, except as provided in the building properfollowing sentence. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the building structure, unless except to the extent approved by the local, state federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessor consents to Lessee's use of materials which are incidental to the normal, day-to-day operations of any office user, such as copier fluids, cleaning materials, etc.. and to the use of the other Hazardous Materials required for the conduct of Lessee's business, but this does not relieve Lessee of any of its obligations not to contaminate the Premises and related real property or violate any Hazardous Materials LawsLaws applicable to such use.
