Username and Password. During the Account creation process, you will be required to select a password (“Login Information”). The following rules govern the security of your Login Information:

Customer agrees to keep all user names, passwords, IP addresses, and computer names strictly confidential, and Customers is solely responsible for any liability or damages resulting from Customer’s failure to maintain confidentiality of such information. Customer is also solely responsible and liable for all activities originating on Customer’s account or IP address. If Customer believes unauthorized activity has taken place on Customer’s account, Customer must immediately notify GTC of any such unauthorized activity.
Username and Password. Client agrees and acknowledges that it is solely responsible for all activities that occur under its Xxxx Services password(s) or account(s). Without limiting the foregoing, it is Client’s sole responsibility to keep its password(s) and/or account information strictly confidential except as necessary for use by Authorized Users. Client agrees that each Authorized User shall have a distinct username and password in order to track each Authorized User’s use of the Subscription Services and avoid unauthorized use of the Subscription Services. Client shall be solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to its account by any person. If any unauthorized use of Client’s account(s) or password(s) occurs, Client must immediately notify Xxxx of such unauthorized use via phone and/or email.
Username and Password. For your security, you must create your own unique username and password. You will be required to enter your username and password prior to accessing your Account. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. MBLL is not liable for any access to or use of your Account, including situations in which the access was unauthorized or unintended. This includes but is not limited to circumstances where you inadvertently or otherwise disclose your username and/or password, or where you use software that automatically enters your username and/or password, or where you have your internet browser configured to save your username and/or password.

If your Username or Password is entered incorrectly on three (3) consecutive access attempts, your access to Online Banking will be blocked. If this occurs, please contact us at the phone number listed in the EFT Disclosure to have your Password reset. Should you forget your Password and need assistance, a “Forgot password?” link is available through Online Banking which will issue a one-time, temporary Password to the email address we have on file, provided you correctly answer one or more challenge questions. If you still need assistance, you may contact us at the phone number and/or address provided in the EFT Disclosure.
Username and Password. We will issue you with a username and password that will enable you to provide us with Instructions either online, by telephone or by email. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your username and password. We will rely on any Instructions received pursuant to the use of the username and password without checking the identity of the user and you will at all times be bound by those Instructions.

You understand that you must sign off of a computer system if you leave the computer terminal for any period of time. If you have reason to suspect the confidentiality and security of your username or password may have been compromised, you agree to report this information to UKHA’s Privacy Services department and your administrator as soon as possible. By using your individual security code to access and use EpicCare Link, you acknowledge that you have received instruction on proper use and consequences of any misuses.

Once registered, in order to log into the Account on the App, you will be required to provide the following: (a) the cell phone number used at the time of signing-up with OTP; or (b) such other login credentials that are adopted by GrouPot from time to time and duly intimated to you for logging into the Account on the App and are used by you at the time of signing-up (“Login Credentials”).
