You agree to follow the Security Responsibilities outlined in Part 2, Section 9 above, Security, and to take all necessary steps to protect the safety, security, and integrity of your Account and Transactions while using the Mobile Banking Service. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all Transactions authorized by you. We will not be liable for any damages suffered by you as a result of you not following the Security Responsibilities outlined in this Agreement or any subsequent versions of this Agreement.

User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.
User Security. You agree not to give or make available your Mobile Banking Personal Identification Number (the "PIN") or other means to access your account to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all xxxx payments, transfers or other transactions you authorize using Mobile Banking. If you permit other persons to use your Wireless Device and PIN or other means to access Mobile Banking, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. If you believe that your PIN, Wireless Device or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use Mobile Banking without your consent, or has transferred money without your permission, you must notify us promptly by calling (800) 972‐1871.
User Security. You agree to keep your mobile device secure and to close your Mobile Banking Application when not in use. If you suspect your mobile device has been lost or stolen, you must notify CITIZENS DEPOSIT BANK immediately by calling 000-000-0000.

You agree not to use any personally identifiable information when creating shortcuts to your Account. You understand that any person having access to your device or your security code when logged into the Service will be able to access the Service and perform all transactions, including reviewing all available Account information and making transfers to other Accounts and persons. You are responsible for reporting the loss, theft or compromise of your security code to us as soon as possible after you learn of it or suspect that unauthorized use has or may occur. For your security, we may restrict access to the Service without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity. We will never contact you and ask you to give us your Account information, including your user name, security code and Account number over the telephone, by email or by text messaging. You agree to remain vigilant for phishing and other fraudulent scams and notify us promptly if you become aware of or suspect fraudulent activity involving your identity, your accounts, or the Credit Union. If you fail to exercise reasonable care to protect your identity and safeguard your Accounts, we will not be liable unless required by law.
