User Relations. The Authority will support the Operator in authorising and enforcing new User charges as applicable. If the bye-laws are not revised by the Authority as per Schedule 3, and if the new User Charges are not enforced, then the shortfall would be paid by the Authority. The Authority shall participate in stakeholder consultations, with Users every three months on an ongoing basis for the duration of the Project. .All User Charges collected will be immediately deposited in the Revenue Collection Account. The Technical Agent shall conduct user satisfaction surveys on a semi-annual basis. The Operator shall manage a helpdesk/incident centre wherein they will record all complaints/accidents/incidents as reported by Users. The Authority shall review the database of complaints and incidents lodged at the helpdesk and monitor the resolution of accidents on a monthly basis. The Authority shall also submit monthly MIS reports capturing the type of accidents/incidents/complaints and their resolution process. REPORTING

User Relations. Boxlot shall be responsible for providing all customer support regarding the Service or the Co-Branded Pages, and theglobe may redirect to Boxlot any associated customer support inquiries. Boxlot shall have sole control over the user agreement that governs the Service, and Boxlot shall have the sole responsibility for dealing with breaches of such user agreement. However, if theglobe has an issue with the user agreement or Boxlot's enforcement of it, the parties shall discuss such issues in good faith. Furthermore, Boxlot's privacy policy shall make any disclosures, or obtain any User consent, reasonably requested by theglobe that the parties believe are necessary to make the disclosures about Users back to theglobe required by this Agreement. All Users shall be treated at least as favorable in all respects (including without limitation with respect to pricing, quality of service, and customer support responsiveness) as Boxlot treats users of the Boxlot Site.
User Relations. If Customer is providing services to others, Customer shall be responsible for supporting the Customer’s users. Customer shall be solely responsible for passwords and all other security systems implemented by Customer and its users of the Services provided under this Agreement.

E-Stamp shall provide eBay with a toll-free telephone number and email address that eBay may provide to eBay Users when redirecting such customer support inquiries to E- Stamp. E-Stamp shall also designate dedicated customer support and technical support contacts for eBay and provide eBay with the names and contact information of these individuals. E-Stamp shall have sole control over the user agreement that governs the E-Stamp Service but shall consider eBay's input, and E-Stamp shall have the sole responsibility for dealing with breaches of such user agreement. If eBay has an issue with the user agreement or E-Stamp's enforcement of it, the parties shall discuss such issues in good faith. Further, subject to the provisions of Section 6 ("Customer Information") and applicable laws, rules and regulations, E-Stamp's privacy policy shall make such disclosures, and E-Stamp shall obtain such user consents, as necessary to make the disclosures to eBay regarding Acquired Users and other eBay Users as required by this Agreement. As further provided in Section 3 ("Most Favored Customer"), all Acquired Users shall be treated at least as favorably in all respects (including without limitation with respect to pricing, quality of service, and customer support responsiveness) as E-Stamp treats any users of the E-Stamp Service, the E-Stamp Additional Services and the E-Stamp Site. Further, in order to promote focus on customer service and provide a high level of customer satisfaction to the Acquired Users, E-Stamp's customer support and service will meet the customer support standards described in Exhibit A ("Performance Standards") attached hereto.

Customer shall independently establish the charges to its users for the Services provided in connection with this Agreement. Customer shall be solely responsible for passwords and any other security systems implemented by Customer or its users of the Services provided under this Agreement. Customer acknowledges that information transmitted using the Services may be publicly accessible. Customer shall assume sole responsibility for determining whether any transmitted information is confidential and shall adviser its users of the public accessibility of information transmitted using the services. One Call assumes no responsibility for protecting the privacy of any information transmitted using the Services and no responsibility for limiting access to such information.
User Relations. Sponsor will be solely responsible for providing all --------------- customer support regarding the Sponsor Page, including without limitation responding to all inquiries regarding items offered for sale on such pages,, and eBay may redirect to Sponsor any associated customer support inquiries. Sponsor will provide eBay with a toll-free telephone number and/or email address that eBay may provide to eBay Users when redirecting such customer support inquiries to Sponsor. eBay will provide online customer service for users of the Sponsor Page in a manner equivalent to that provided to eBay users generally.

User Relations. The parties allocate responsibility for User support as follows: Partner shall be responsible for providing first level support for customer inquiries regarding the Partner Content and technical aspects of the OLTP. DI shall be responsible for providing second level support for customer inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the OLTP.
User Relations. Client will either incorporate CM’s terms of use into its terms of use, as will be displayed on Client’s website, or allow CM to maintain a terms of use link and document on the CM Platform implementation’s website for Client. Client’s Users must agree to the terms of use or will not be allowed to use the CM Platform implementation’s website. Client’s staff shall have first line responsibility for dealing with User support inquiries in a commercially reasonable manner agreed to by CM. CM will provide second tier support directly to Client through Web, email and telephone support during normal business hours (9AM to 5PM Pacific Time) with an initial response within one business day that includes an estimated time for final resolution. Client will designate and CM will train one support person who will be Client’s interface with CM on support matters.
