User Interface. MP will maintain a graphical user interface within the Affiliated MP Site that is competitive in all material respects with interfaces of other similar sites based on similar form technology. AOL reserves the right to review and approve the user interface and site design prior to launch of the Promotions and to conduct focus group testing to assess compliance with respect to such consultation and with respect to MP's compliance with the preceding sentence.
