Common use of User Fees Clause in Contracts

User Fees. You shall pay all Fees specified in Your Orders pursuant to the Terms. Except as otherwise specified by Us: (i) all Fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars; (ii) all Fees are based on Services or Goods ordered by You (including, without limitation, any Third-Party Goods or Services ordered by You) and not actual usage; (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable; and (iv) the number of subscriptions cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term. Fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, Fees for subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the relevant subscription term.

Except as otherwise specified by Us: herein or in an Order Form, (i) all Fees fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars; the billing currency defined in the Order From (ii) all Fees fees are based on Services or Goods ordered by You (including, without limitation, any Third-Party Goods or Services ordered by You) services purchased and/or the number of users and not actual usage; , (iii) payment obligations are non-non- cancelable and Fees fees paid are non-refundable; and , (iv) the number of User subscriptions purchased, once this option is selected, cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription termterm stated on the Order Form. Fees User subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, Fees fees for User subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the relevant subscription termterm and (v) User fees are pre-paid one month in advance.

Except as otherwise specified by UsTovuti: (i) all Fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars; (ii) all Fees are based on Services or Goods purchased and shall not be limited if usage by the Client is less than purchased "ordered by You (including, without limitation, any Third-Party Goods or Services ordered by You) the Client and not actual usage; (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundablerefundable (except as provided in Section 11.3); and (iv) the number level of subscriptions service cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term.
