User Equipment. User Equipment includes the following: mobile radios, portable radios, mobile data computers, radio data modems, control stations, and other related equipment. All User Equipment shall meet or exceed the minimum acceptable standards established by the Authority. In the event that any User Equipment is determined to be affecting the proper operation of the overall System as identified by the Authority, such User Equipment shall be immediately removed from service and shall not be returned to service until any deficiencies are resolved to the satisfaction of the Authority. The Authority shall maintain a list of User Equipment approved for operation on the System. Any changes to the User Equipment list shall be approved by the Authority. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
User Equipment. 1.1.1 Unit rates are based upon volume and usage projections included in Schedule N. Although there is a single rate in the price matrices, this rate includes the distribution of single-to-multi-line phones as projected in Schedule N.

User Equipment a) The user may bring in specialised equipment into the kitchen but such equipment is the sole responsibility of the user.
User Equipment. Lessor will purchase "used" Equipment which is obtained from a third party by Lessee for its use subject to: (1) Lessor's prior approval of the Equipment; and (2) at Lessor's appraised value for such used Equipment.
User Equipment. (a) No alteration or modification: User Equipment may not be altered or ----------------------------- modified without the advance written approval of the manufacturer and certification by AMSC that altered or modified User Equipment is accepted for use with the Service and AMSC's MSS network generally. Alteration or modification of User Equipment may void the manufacturer's warranty, and AMSC reserves the right to deny or terminate Service to altered or modified User Equipment and shall have no liability whatever to Skysite or Skysite's customers for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized altered or modified User Equipment or by the termination of Service to such User Equipment.
User Equipment. User Equipment must be paid for prior to shipment, -------------- separately from charges for On-Demand Service and Channels.
