User Acceptance. Testing (UAT) User Acceptance testing is conducted prior to end-user training. Tyler supports incremental UAT through trial run processing in Financials and parallel processing in Payroll and Human Resources, however the City will conduct a formal UAT process prior to end user training in addition to recommended parallel testing. Early trial runs and parallels will most likely not involve end-users, once again isolating them from any issues that may be discovered through the process. Once processes are stabilized and can be completed without significant error, the UA testing will expand to include End Users.
User Acceptance. This agreement will be deemed as executed upon the user’s successful registration of the UbaPesa app. The registration process will entail downloading the app from either the Google Play Store or Apple Store, installing it on one’s phone and agreeing to the terms and conditions by checking / ticking the submit function on the app as the final process of registration. User can also at this point opt to decline executing the agreement. Should a user choose the exit (decline) option, the app will not complete the registration process and hence the agreement will stand null and void.
