Use Reporting. Acumatica reserves the right to gather data on usage of the Service to ensure that the Service is being used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the type of Service purchased by you. The Service monitors user counts, transaction volumes, resource level utilization, License Key numbers, server IP addresses and other information. In the event (a) transaction volumes or resource level utilization of your database exceeds, for any three (3) months during the trailing twelve (12) month period, the transaction volumes or capacity, respectively, purchased by you, or (b) any other unauthorized use of the Service is discovered, it shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement. You agree not to block, electronically or otherwise, the transmission of data required for the monitoring of compliance with this Agreement. Any blocking of data required for compliance may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.

Use Reporting. ConnectWise reserves the right to gather data on license usage by MSP for each item of ConnectWise SaaS Backup, including IP addresses, domain counts and other information deemed relevant, to ensure that ConnectWise SaaS Backup is being used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. ConnectWise expressly prohibits domain count overrides without prior written approval. MSP hereby consents to ConnectWise gathering such usage information and agrees not to block, electronically or otherwise, the transmission of data required for compliance with this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of ConnectWise SaaS Backup by MSP or other use by MSP in violation of the restrictions contained herein shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. ConnectWise reserves the right to remedy any such breach immediately upon discovery,by charging MSP the then current list price for any usage of ConnectWise SaaS Backup in excess ofthe licenses purchased by MSP, or by any other means necessary.
Use Reporting eWorkplace Apps reserves the right to gather data on usage of the Software to ensure that the Software is being used in accordance with the terms of this XXXX and the type of license purchased by you. In the event (a) the counts exceed the number of users licensed, or (b) any other unauthorized use of the Software is discovered, it shall be considered a material breach of this XXXX. You agree not to block, electronically or otherwise, the transmission of data required for the monitoring of compliance with this XXXX. Any blocking of data required for compliance may result in immediate termination of this XXXX.
Use Reporting. Customer agrees to maintain accurate records sufficient to allow Infinite Protection to verify Customer’s use of Services. Upon 30 days’ written notice, Customer will provide Infinite Protection with copies of such records. If Customer has more subscriptions than paid for, Customer agrees to pay the applicable fees for the additional subscriptions within 10 days of receipt of an invoice therefor. Upon payment, the additional subscriptions will continue through the remainder of Customer’s Subscription Term.

  • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11165.7, AB 1432, and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.

No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.
