Use Policies. Customer agrees to ensure that all uses of the Comcast Equipment and/or the Services installed at its premises (“use”) are legal and appropriate. Specifically, Customer agrees to ensure that all uses by Customer or by any other person (“user”), whether authorized by Customer or not, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and written and electronic instructions for use. Comcast reserves the right to act immediately and without notice to terminate or suspend the Services and/or to remove from the Services any information transmitted by or to Customer or users, if Comcast (i) determines that such use or information does not conform with the requirements set forth in this Agreement, (ii) determines that such use or information interferes with Comcast’s ability to provide the Services to Customer or others, (iii) reasonably believes that such use or information may violate any laws, regulations, or written and electronic instructions for use, or (iv) reasonably believes that Customer’s use of the Service interferes with or endangers the health and/or safety of Comcast personnel or third parties. Furthermore, the Services shall be subject to one or more Acceptable Use Policies (“AUP”) that may limit use. The AUP and other policies concerning the Services are posted on Comcast’s web site(s) at xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx- notifications/acceptable-use-policy (or any successor URL) or on another web site about which Customer has been notified, and are incorporated to this Agreement by reference. Comcast may update the use policies from time to time, and such updates shall be deemed effective seven (7) days after the update is posted online, with or without actual notice to Customer. Accordingly, Customer should check the above web addresses (or the applicable successor URLs) on a regular basis to ensure that its activities conform to the most current version of the use policies. Comcast’s action or inaction in enforcing acceptable use shall not constitute review or approval of Customer’s or any other users’ use or information.

Use Policies. Customer and its End Users may use the Services only in compliance with this Agreement, applicable Law, and the Use Policies referenced below, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. Customer must ensure that its End Users comply with the Use Policies. Any breach of this Section (Use Policies) will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. RingCentral may update the Use Policies from time to time and will provide notice of material updates to Customer at the email address on file with the Account. All updates will become effective thirty (30) days after such notice to Customer or upon posting for non-material changes. Customer may object to a modification that negatively impacts its use of the Service by sending written notice (“Objection Notice”) to RingCentral within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice of modification. If the Parties cannot reach agreement, then either Party may terminate the affected Services without penalty with a thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.

Use Policies. Attached to this Agreement and hereby incorporated by reference are the KVL Meeting Room Rental Policies (the “Policies”). Licensee acknowledges having read the Policies and agrees to follow and be bound by them in all respects. Use Policies. You shall not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, improper, or abusive purpose or in any way that interferes with Go Cloud Communications ability to provide high quality Services to other customers, prevents or restricts other customers from using the Services, or damages any Go Cloud Communications or other customers’ property. If Go Cloud Communications finds that You are using the Services for anything other than the permitted uses in this Agreement or for any of the prohibited uses in this Agreement, Go Cloud Communications may at its sole discretion terminate Your Service and charge You any applicable fees for the Services used plus damages caused by Your improper use. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: •Behaviour that is illegal, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, tortious, or invasive of another’s privacy. •Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements, including email, voicemail, SMS, or faxes (commercial or otherwise) (“spamming”), or otherwise sending bulk and/or junk email, voice mail, SMS, or faxes without the consent of the recipient. •Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their consent or in breach of applicable data protection or privacy laws. •Negligently, recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally transmitting any material that contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, worms, malware, spyware, or any other programs that may be harmful or dangerous. •Creating a false Caller ID identity (“ID spoofing”) or forged email/SMS address or header, or otherwise attempting to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of any communication made using the Services. •Transmitting any material that may infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the foreign or domestic intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. •Breaching any applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported through the Services. •Utilising the Services in excess of what, in Go Cloud Communications sole discretion, would be expected of normal business use, including without limitation allowing more than one user to use a single VoIP line or using a single VoIP line in excess of what would be expected of a single user. •Using the Services in any way that interferes with other customers’ and third parties’ use and enjoyment of the Services or use the Services in any man...
