Use of Xxxx. In addition to the above provisions of this agreement, Licensee shall abide by the following guidelines:
Use of Xxxx. Both Parties are strictly prohibited from any use, including but not limited to in sales and in marketing or advertising of telecommunications services of any name, trade name, service xxxx or trademark of the other Party.
Use of Xxxx. 6.1 Licensee shall (and shall procure that its Sublicensees shall) comply with the standards and guidelines with respect to the appearance and manner of use of the Xxxx set out in Exhibit 4.
Use of Xxxx. 1. ALWAYS receive permission from the LISTING agent before entering the property.
Use of Xxxx. Licensee shall abide by the following guidelines:
Use of Xxxx. The Licensee will use the Xxxx only during the Term, only in the Territory, and only in association with the Goods and Services. The Licensee will use the Xxxx only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. The Licensee will use the Xxxx only in accordance with the specifications and directions of the Licensor (e.g. to the character and/or quality of the Goods and Services) as may be stipulated by the Licensor to the Licensee from time to time. The Licensee is not permitted to make any changes or alterations to the Xxxx. For avoidance of doubt, all rights in and to any new version, translation or arrangement of the Xxxx, or other change in the Xxxx created by the Licensee, with the Licensor's prior written consent or otherwise, will be and will remain the exclusive property of the Licensor, and the provisions of this Agreement will apply to the same. The Licensee will cooperate with the Licensor for the purpose of protecting, preserving and enhancing the Xxxx and the Licensor 's interest in them and in furtherance of such obligations, the Licensee will promptly execute and deliver to the Licensor all documents and instruments that the Licensor determines to be necessary from time to time. The Licensee will not use the Xxxx as part of any composite trademark, that is, in close proximity or in combination with any trademark(s) held by the Licensee or any third party.
Use of Xxxx. Upon notification by NPA that the USPTO has registered the xxxx, Licensee will begin displaying the xxxx only with the “®” federal registration symbol. Any materials upon which the Licensed Xxxx is used shall include the following notice: “The National PACE Association is the owner of the PACE Design xxxx. The xxxx is used herein through a license agreement with the National PACE Association.” The manner in which the Licensed Xxxx is displayed must comply with the specifications set forth in the National PACE Association Logo and Graphics Standards guide, as amended from time to time, which is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Use of Xxxx. At Licensor's request, Licensee shall provide Licensor with samples of all literature, brochures, signs, advertising and promotional materials prepared by or for Licensee, and licensee shall obtain the approval of Licensor with respect to all such brochures, signs, advertising and promotional materials bearing the Xxxx, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. When using the Xxxx under this Agreement, Licensee undertakes to comply substantially with all laws pertaining to service marks in force at any time in the Territory.
Use of Xxxx. The Partnership Group agrees to use the Xxxx only in compliance with the standards, specifications, directions, information and know-how supplied by Parent, including without limitation the SemGroup, L.P. Logo Identity Standards and Usage Guidelines, as may be modified by Parent from time to time. The Partnership Group agrees to comply with any requirements established by Parent concerning the style, design, display and use of the Xxxx, to correctly use the trademark symbol ™, the service xxxx symbol SM or registration symbol ® with every use of the Xxxx, to use the registration symbol ® upon receiving notice of registration of the Xxxx from Parent and to submit in advance of its use all advertising copy, brochures or other materials incorporating the Xxxx to Parent for approval.
Use of Xxxx. The Partnership agrees that its and the other Partnership Group Members’ use the Xxxx shall be in compliance with the standards, specifications, directions, information and know-how supplied by Parent, including without limitation the SemGroup, L.P. Logo Identity Standards and Usage Guidelines, as may be modified by Parent from time to time. The Partnership agrees to comply, and to cause the other Partnership Group Members to comply, with any requirements established by Parent concerning the style, design, display and use of the Xxxx, to correctly use the trademark symbol ™, the service xxxx symbol SM or registration symbol ® with every use of the Xxxx, to use the registration symbol ® upon receiving notice of registration of the Xxxx from Parent and to submit in advance of its use all advertising copy, brochures or other materials incorporating the Xxxx to Parent for approval.
