Use of Training Materials. Customer, all other participating BOCES, and all school district Licensees may use the entire Vendor provided training materials, on an ongoing basis, at no cost. Customer, all other participating BOCES, and all Licensee school districts may modify the Documentation for use solely within the Licensee school districts that have purchased the Product(s) pursuant to this Agreement.

Use of Training Materials. The materials submitted to your assigned CPE supervisor concerning you and your ministry as a CPE Chaplain Intern, Resident or supervision as an SES, may be used in the learning process of peers in training and/or in discussion among the Center’s other CPE supervisors as well as Site Advisors with the understanding that these persons are part of the confidentiality of professional educational contacts. Your assigned supervisor may also use your materials with other ACPE Supervisors and other professionals from whom he/she may seek consultation as a part of her/his professional development or as part of research intended to contribute to the field of clinical pastoral education and/or clinical pastoral care. Your materials, including evaluative material, may also need to be available for certification or accreditation purposes, research projects, or a complaint or appeal involving these processes. In all instances of use beyond this CPE Center's professional training circle, and/or your supervisor, unless law requires full disclosure of the documents, your supervisor will attempt to sufficiently alter the material to obviate disclosure of your personal identity.   • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Use of Trademarks Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Sponsor hereby represents and warrants that it has the power and authority to grant, and does hereby grant to Show Management a non-exclusive, nontrans- ferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce and display all logos, trademarks, trade names and similar identifying material relating to Sponsor (the ”Sponsor Marks”) solely in connection with the promotion, marketing and distribution of the parties in accordance with the terms hereof, provided, however, that Show Management shall, other than as specifically provided for in this Agreement, not make any specific use of any Sponsor Mark without first submitting a sample of such use to Spon- sor and obtaining its prior consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
