USE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS. The Model hereby irrevocably consents to and authorizes (the “Authorization”) the use of the Photographs by the Photographer and any of the Photographer's authorized representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns for any purpose whatsoever including, but without being limited to, the sale, reproduction in all media, publication, display, broadcast and exhibition for promotion, advertising, trade, art or illustration. The Model specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Authorization is irrevocable, perpetual, and shall survive this Agreement, as the case may be. The Model acknowledges and accepts that the Photographs may be used at any time, without notice and without further compensation to the Model. The Model agrees to request the Photographer’s permission before publishing or allowing a third party to publish any images taken by the photographer. The image(s) cannot be given to a third party such as a competitive organization, sponsor, product manufacturer, or service provider, nor can it/they be used to promote a third party’s brand without the photographer’s knowledge and/or consent and/or compensation. This applies to packaging, magazines, posters, or any other form of media, including but not limited to social media such as Facebook, Twitter, or personal and public websites and/or blogs.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. It may involve reproductions in color or otherwise that may be made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known. Usage may include illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that usage. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard.   • Use of the Website You understand and agree that VYVO and the Website merely provide hosting services to its registered users and persons browsing/visiting the Website.   • Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.

  • Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
