Common use of Use of the Leased Property Clause in Contracts

Use of the Leased Property. 7.2.1 Lessee covenants that it will obtain and, at all times during the Term, maintain all approvals needed to use and operate the Leased Property and the Facility under applicable federal, state and local law, including, but not limited to, licensure and Medicaid certification, as applicable. Lessee shall provide to Lessor, at Lessor's request a copy of any report or survey conducted by any federal, state or local government entity regarding the quality of care at the Facility, and any other such information or documents concerning the operation of the Facility.

Use of the Leased Property. 7.2.1 Lessee covenants that it will obtain and, at all times during the Term, maintain all licenses, permits and approvals needed to necessary or desirable for the use and operate operation of the Leased Property and the Facility under applicable federal, state and local law, including, but not limited to, licensure and Medicaid certification, as applicableto use reasonable best efforts to obtain and thereafter maintain the full accreditation of the Facility. Lessee shall provide to Lessor, at Lessor's request a copy of any report or survey conducted by any federal, state or local government entity regarding the quality of care at the Facility, and any other such information or documents concerning the operation of the Facility.
