Use of the Kitchen Clause Examples
The 'Use of the Kitchen' clause defines the rules and permissions regarding access to and activities within the kitchen area of a property. It typically outlines who is allowed to use the kitchen, during what hours, and any restrictions on appliances or equipment. For example, it may specify that tenants can use the kitchen for meal preparation but must clean up after themselves and not leave personal items unattended. This clause serves to prevent disputes over shared spaces, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that all parties understand their rights and responsibilities regarding kitchen use.
