The Recipient must: undertake the Measure or any part of the Measure to which their particular expertise relates, with the active involvement of, and using the expertise of, the Specified Personnel; and ensure that each of the Specified Personnel is aware of and complies with the Recipient's obligations in undertaking the Measure.
