Use of Skills. (i) The parties are committed to improving skill levels and removing impediments to multi skilling and broadening the range of tasks that the employee is required to perform.
Use of Skills. You will be required to carry out duties that are within the limits of your skills, competence, training and/or experience. We will pay you the salary system rate of pay that recognises the skills you are required to apply on the job.
Use of Skills. 12.1 Council may direct an employee to carry out such duties that are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training.
Use of Skills i. Council has developed a framework that outlines the necessary skills and experience to deliver a high standard of service to the community. The framework is position based and the basis of skill development and performance management in Council.
Use of Skills. 8.1 The use of skill provisions of the Local Government (State) Award 2007 and its successors are wholly replaced and substituted by the provisions of the Agreement.
Use of Skills. 14.1 Where the employer provides study assistance or relevant industry training the employee receiving such training or assistance may be required to perform duties outside their substantive position utilising the skills or qualifications attained.
Use of Skills. 5.2.1 An employee shall be paid the rate of pay that recognises the skills the employee is required to apply on the job. The skills paid for shall not be limited to those prescribed by the job description and may, where appropriate, include skills possessed by the individual which are required by the employer to be used as an adjunct to the employee's normal duties. Employees who are required by the employer to use such additional skill(s) in the performance of their duties shall have the use of these skill(s) considered in the evaluation of the position.

The Gallery may direct the employee to carry out such duties that are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training. An employee required to relieve in a position that is at a higher level within the salary system shall be paid for that relief. The rate to be paid shall be determined by considering the skills / experience applied by the employee relieving in the position, but shall be at least the minimum rate for that position in accordance with the salary system, except where the higher level skills have been taken into account within the salary of the relieving employee.
Use of Skills. All skills held by a person are to be available for use by the company and are expected to be utilised. This will ensure work variety as well as maintaining competency standards. Job rotation systems shall apply which facilitate this requirement.
