Common use of Use of Site Clause in Contracts

Use of Site. The Design-Builder has a revocable license to come on, use, and perform Work upon the Premises, shall confine thereto his plant, his apparatus, the staging and storage of materials, the operations of his forces and the Work to limits indicated by law, ordinances, permits, or the Contract Documents, and shall not unreasonably encumber the Premises with his materials. The Design-Builder shall not load or permit any part of the Work to be loaded with weight that will endanger its safety. The Design-Builder shall enforce Contract requirements regarding signs, advertisements, fires, and smoking and shall remove from the Premises and properly dispose all trash and debris.
