Common use of Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Services. You may use or authorize the use of The Services to access any permitted Account and to authorize such Transactions as may be permitted by Us from time to time, commencing upon the day this Agreement is accepted by You and Your request for The Services is approved by Us. You may authorize the use of The Services for a Non Signer to access the Account and to start such Transactions as may be permitted by Us from time to time. We may, from time to time, add to or delete from the types of use permitted and services offered. In connection with The Services, You agree, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer agrees, to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about You, the Account, and any External Account when required by Us. Further, You agree, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer agrees, to notify Us of any changes to such information within a reasonable period of time.
