Common use of Use of Service Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Service Areas. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the service areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked for the specific purpose and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association of Allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services. However, if the common service areas are used by the allottees of other phases then all the allottees of all the societies of all the phases of the project in future shall abide by the rules for use of the service areas common to all the allotees of the different phases as well as the that of the extended projects.
